[Investigating] It appears that the connectivity issues with one of our UK servers uk11.tmd.cloud have re-occurred again. Our network operations team is already investigating the issue.

Once we have more information on the matter this status will be updated.

I have submitted a support ticket and also pointed out that according to their status it is now 2 days that the problem has been ongoing.
I will report back as soon as I have any information.
