I had already replaced the stock headlights with Speaker LED lamps. This rendered the small “sidelight” or “first position” on the headlight switch useless. So I cut the wiring to the small auxilary bulb in the stock headlight housing and used that as the circuit for the fog lamps. Therefore, if I switch the headlamp switch to the halfway point, the fogs alone come on. If I place the headlamps full-on, both the fogs and the LED headlamps come on. The latter is how I drive the car, as I placed the fogs simply as additional lights for others to see me coming.
