I'm afraid I cannot help with the owneers handbook. To be honest, if they are like the one for my +8 they do not really give a lot of information.
To my knowledge there are no Haynes type workshop manual for Morgans. For the car in general there is an excellent resource at
GoMog . Also
Moganitica is a new and growing resource.
For the engine (CVH?) a manual for the original car it was fitted to should provide you with what you need.
