There is a wire in place for the front fog lights coded blue/yellow (U=blue) for the switched positive feed. The wire is tucked out of the way inside front of right hand wheel arch.
As can be seen on wiring diagram below the feed is from the BCU as they only work with headlight, and on command from the front fog light switch so this would need to be added to the dash. I believe dash wiring will be in place for this as well.
