Yes, as others have said it is definitely a 1932 MG M type.
My certainty is not so much the result of my knowledge of prewar sports cars as my being able to find my copy of the programme from the 2017 event and looking up number 38!

We are returning this year in the 4/4.
IMHO it is a fantastic event. Extremely relaxed and attended by an amazing range of cars and old motorcycles and still wonderfully un-commercialised.
One of my undying memories are the two aero engined Edwardian specials, that were taken off their trailers in our hotel car park and driven to the circuit.
10km on the N20 Paris to Orleans road, during the rush hour with flames spitting out of their direct exhausts!
