Don't know if this is offered to all dealers but mine received a couple of photo's via email. One of my car with build ref when it was ready to leave the tin shop and another after it left the spray shop, less than a week apart. I guess this gives them a prompt for payment
They were forwarded to me as an indication of build progress which I found very re-assuring despite slightly blurry images. I did have the luxury of visiting the factory twice during the build though so obtained my own set of photo's.
