Gentlemen:
Does anyone have a good contact within Apple or Gravis (in Germany)? I have a nasty service problem under warranty with a Macbook. The problem is that the Macbook (bought in Dec. 2010) has a faulty memory and that they will repair it on site here (just around the corner), BUT they want to keep the Macbook in their shop while they wait for the spare part. The computer is working, I´m currently using it.
Can you imagine a car dealer who has to order a spare part and requires you to leave the car in the garage for the time they need to get the part?
Crazy. I thought Apple were "better" than the IBM/Microsoft world....
If anyone has an idea, it is very welcome.
