The problem is that the Macbook (bought in Dec. 2010) has a faulty memory and that they will repair it on site here (just around the corner), BUT they want to keep the Macbook in their shop while they wait for the spare part. The computer is working, I´m currently using it.
Andreas, have they explained why?
As you say, it seems strange that they don't simple order in the memory and once it arrives, call you, you go to the shop, they swap it out and you leave with your computer.
