It's my understanding that to check on the inner wings you have to remove them. This is due to water over the years making its way from the wing down the gap between the wing and bulkhead. I have used sealant to stop the progress of the water. I have a very good picture on my desktop at work which I will download, as a picture tells a thousand words!
