When I was working I once had someone tell me that a leather suite was a direct replacement for the one that was damaged (at the time I was dealing with household insurance claims).
I said that the old one was vinyl or PVC, the lady assured me it wasn’t, it was from a Faux, as it was sold to her as Faux Leather..
