I replaced mine with the original fitment items which Morgan supplied, I found that finding uprated ones (like oils - hence the guide I wrote!) was a rabbit-hole I couldn't be bothered to go down at the time! Although revisiting it might be worthwhile..
The plugs looked like they had never been changed, so even at 30k miles it was worth doing as they were quite grubby.
