I park in supermarket car parks, multi story car parks and at events and I have never locked either car.
I was advised never to lock the car with the hood up as the cost of repairing/replacing a slashed hood is far, far more than the value of anything inside the car.
Hi Peter and thanks. That's an interesting thought...but I think it'll take us some time before we're brave enough to casually do so!
I can be a bit OCD at the best of times, so at first I'll most probably not be able to leave the car without having clear line of sight!
Counting the days down! Only reason we can't take delivery now, is that we're having an upgrade done to our garage (insulation etc) beforehand in order to give it / her(?) a nice new home.
