I second the suggestion for an Accusump or similar accumulator. As well as protecting against oil starvation during hard cornering it can be plumbed through a solenoid valve wired into the ignition switch. Switching on the key for a few seconds before starting
pre-oils the engine to mitigate a major cause of engine wear, the cold start.
