Not only is the driving behaviour of some people evidence of their "maleducation" but to pee in public when it would be easy to duck behind a tree is really unacceptable. Not so long ago they would have been arrested for obscene behaviour.
It is legal for a man to urinate in public, as long it is against the rear offside wheel of his motor vehicle and his right hand is on the vehicle.
