Hi Sukram,
for far as i know oilfouling of a spark plug is mostly caused by worn valve guides , bores or piston rings or (but i think this not the case)whilst a new or overhauled engine is running-in.

fyi NGK BCP6E = Champion OE023 (gap= 0.9)
BCPR6E = OE005 (gap= 0.8)
BCPR6EIX= OE179 (gap= 1.0)
