all is OK except that one of the top connections seems blocked and no amount of pressure will make the grease flow.
I noticed that the top section of the main springs and kingpins were not lubricated, is this normal? I put lube oil and grease on these top sections as they looked very dry.
There is a sleeve inside the spring covering the upper part of the Kingpin. Could that be the dry bit? (see DaveW' thread on changing the Kingpins).
From Dave's notes it appears the the top greasing point could be subject to blockage. Not sure what you do in such cases having never worked on one.
