I have to say that the leather upholstered reclining sports seats in our 2012 Plus 4 are extremely comfortable. The last couple of years swmbo has had some problems with lumbar support and we carry a special cushion for her lower back. I suggested making a more permanent mod to the seat or fitting one of those pump up lumbar cushions behind the seat swab but she insisted that she is happy with he cushion.
