It look likes you just need two each of parts 8 & 9 plus fixings, noting that the overrider (8) has a captive M10 stud. The rack then attaches via part 4 which shares the upper overrider fixing, allowing rack to drop into a socket on same, although not sure if this is supplied with rack kit.
