Apparently if you increase the diameter of the pipes it will release 2 or 3 more ponies over removing the baffles from the stock ones.


I am amazed that given the displacement of the x-wedge this is all it produces. I went to stage 2 as well though have not put it on a dyno. Seems like there are other similar displacement engines with far more hp though I am sure a lot of the figures you here are overstated. I wonder if part of the challenge is finding a proper dyno as I have not been able to find one.

To me the stage 2 is very nice. The motor just pulls throughout the range. It is a shame the ecu is not unlocked as replacing the cams themselves is pretty cost effective.
