These days almost every Morgan built passes from one worker to another along the assembly path. Most of them take pride in their work, but I am sure, just like every other workplace, for some of them it is just a job.

What I find a little "odd" are the things that they know are wrong but don't fix. The last time I was at the factory I saw they were placing a washer under the front of the damper hoop to tilt it further back. Apparently they had known for ages that the angle of the bracket at the base of hoop was slightly wrong but no one had taken action to have the jig corrected. I wonder if it has now been done.
