Grip on flooded road, well none they aquaplane easily.
I understand however the tread pattern has changed slightly on the more recent ones. Which may improve the very wet performance.
I believe DaveW found the originals a bit “ squirmy” too.
Look good to in that size.
I have also heard some run 175s on the front & 185s on the rear.


Interesting, you only loose 3.5mm ride height with that size too, so not to big a difference and speedo will only be out by 2.96% ie it will read 1.77kph high ( you will be doing 58.2kph when it reads 60kph) - if my calls are correct. So an added safety camera margin 👍🏻
