I can certainly vouch for the two stage upgrade in performance for the standard GDI Plus 4. Mine is a 2016 model and whilst I wouldn't say that the performance was woefully inadequate it is true to say performance wasn't what I expected from a 2 litre sports car. I'm not sure what the difference is between the AR manifold/cat and sports exhaust and the Librands or the Williams manifold and sports exhaust. However as a first step last year I opted to have the Williams manifold and sports exhaust and I was not disappointed . Even without the ECU flash I noticed a more responsive take up with the accompanying pops and burbles on the overrun. The quality of the stainless steel product also had the added benefit of looking far superior to the factory fitted product. I waited a couple of months and then Williams returned my ECU to the factory who upgraded it to the Club sport specification. When that was refitted it really transformed the car across the whole rev range. I am not a technician so I cannot quantify the improvement in torque, acceleration and performance but I know it has improved to exceed my expectations.
