I well remember my first drive in my first Morgan: I saw it at Packer Duncans in '84and sold my MGB and Lotus Elan to get it. No test drive,just bought it and drove away- and thought that I had made a DREADFUL MISTAKE. There was no going back though and it looked lovely but it took me the first year and 30000 miles to get used to it and eighteen years to change it for another and then another so maybe your man was a little impatient or something.
