All I would like to see is a Plus Four with around 225bhp, manual box and spare wheel.
Our Polo GTI with (I think) 189bhp in a reasonably light shell is a rocket, so that Plus Four would do the business. If they kept it under £60k with bells and whistles it would be seriously tempting.
I suspect that the current price maybe a loss-leader to get the initial interest/ reviews/ user devlopment out of the way. It is after all nearly £55,000(?) cheaper than the run out +8. I would not be surprised by a ticket price of c £100,000 by next year. If so it would be difficult to see a saving of £40k by using the smaller engine.
