In 2016 I ordered (and received in 2017) my US-market M3W with a Stage 1 kit factory installed. I understand availability has changed on and off, so your mileage may vary. In any event, I really like it. Can be loud, but a soft pedal can modulate it to be socially acceptable in most cases
