I must say I enjoy the acceleration of My +8 Bitsa. But for pure driving enjoyment My 1963 +4-4Str is the best. It brings out the "Walter Middy" in Me. But I have done a lot to make this +4 perform. Gemmer steering, Porterfield Brakes, thrust bearings under main spring, Koni's on all corners, Factory 4 seater seats, Laycock OD, Alternator, reduction starter, late Model Australian rear axle, 72 spoke wires and balanced engine, I have owned this +4 since 1994, in 1999 I had Greg Solow rebuild My Moss Box. Expensive but it is still a joy today. This +4 has been across the U.S. 3 times and to France for the 50th celebration. I think it is a keeper.
