A few weeks ago I was driving up the M40 early on a Sunday morning to the MSCC NCM. I was on the inside lane on cruise at 70, six hot hatches went past me, probably at 120 or faster. Then another six, probably warming up for SIlverstone ?. They moved lanes and undertook a few cars, then back to lane three. 10 minutes later I arrived at the accident, one of those cars had spun, hit the central barrier and left bits over the road, about 10 cars on the hard shoulder, and a couple of young lads standing in lane 3. Fortunately nobody injured, but I guess someones no claims is going to look sick. The cars had all been heavily modified, hope they had advised the insurer.
