Mine is 5 years old and has no protection on the wings. It did have a couple of chips and a light scratch but the scratch polished out with g3 compound and the chip is undetectable now done with a Chipex touch up set. If I was oerdering a new Morgan I probably would have it as the current one with no protection. It looks better and costs less.
