I am just off the phone after another nice communication with a guy from Microsoft headquarters who wanted to offer help.
Beside his strange asian accent he mixed up the United States of America with the United States of Germany (!). I kept him on the phone for some 10minutes until I told him I am an Apple user...
Next time I will try to spend at least 15minutes of their valuable time😉
The last scammer who phoned trying to get control of my computer started by asking about which keys I had on the keyboard - smart so and so had a script to split Mac users from PC users. Managed 4 minutes before I told him to go away.
