I think Dave's first book is excellent. My main comment would be I found the order of the upgrades on page 33 slightly confusing. It has GDI engine, Rover Engine, Duratec engine. Makes sense to have the new engine at the top but I would have rater had the other two reversed so it went in reverse age order. I also wondered on page 25 where Dave says the narrower rims don't have space for stick on weights what width rim will take the stick on weights and what is the alternative?
So for a second book what would you want? New stuff that Dave has found out since writing the book like replacing the windscreen washer hoses so they do't split and water the electrics in the dash? If so would it be more of a second edition that stands on its own with new modifications added in or would it be written to complement the existing book with more detail on servicing the car yourself? While I hope most people own the first (I do and I don't even own a Morgan) would the second book stand on its own or would you want people to buy both to get the full picture?
Also I expect there is a lot of work in writing and cost to getting it published so I am very thankful Dave took the time and expense to write and get it printed, whether or not I buy a Morgan it was still a great read with a lot of useful information. I will certainly understand if he doesn't write another.
