I took the liberty of correcting the orientation (it was on its side). I hope you don't mind Collin.
In theory there is a part of the EXIF code which should take care of orientation issues but it doesn't always work or the codes may have been stripped during processing.
The developer of the site script has been asked if it is possible to implement a function to rotate images but so far it has not been implemented.
For anyone interested in the technical side I use
FileZilla FTP software to download and upload the files (only possible by site administrators) and simply rotated them using
PaintShop Pro which I have been using before Corel purchased the original developer Jasc Software.
I'm happy to do this on request if someone has this problem with an image.
