Foolish idea, we have already this limit on the highway between Amsterdam and Utrecht.
That road has 5 lanes in each direction, like a billiard table. Driving here its getting sleepy.
This will cause accidents and speeding fines. The environmental profit is negligible and it is boring to drive there.
