21500 when you can buy an up and running car for 32000
Not seen one that low, 38-39K seems to be about the level they are now unless they’re very low mileage.
So that places a repaired car possibly Cat S or N at 66% value , Dealer selling £38k car has it owing him £30k or S.O.R £35k therefore damaged Car needs to reflect that.
That car is £10k at best and that's before anyone realises there is structural damage and not just panel damage.
