Done some 'old skool' adjustments - removed fan, and switched to electric (never comes on and sits at temperature nicely at the moment) Electric Fan

Fitted a large bore manifold and exhaust system to help her breathe out New Exhaust

Have also uprated silicon leads and an electronic ignition/uprated coil ready to go on.

Just want to help her breathe in a little better. There's not a huge gap between the top of the carb and the underside of the filter and thought a deeper filter would help airflow.

Sounds a bit like the route I want to take. Having read the Crossflow rebuild and tuning book it seems there is some mileage in making sure the ports aren't constricted too much by making sure gaskets don't impeed the gas flow. Means taking the manifolds off though. I can appreciate what you are/have done is non intrusive.
