It would appear that the MoT testers manual has been updated and numbering of sections has been changed. M3W's do not require an emission test in the UK, so just in case your friendly tester needs a bit of guidence the relevant sections from the MoT testers manual state:
Section: Introduction Part 2 -Three Wheeled vehicles more than 450kg unladen weight are category L5
Section: 8.2.1.2 - You do not need to check L category vehicles for emissions.
