If you're off to London, instead of having a Heston overdose you're spoiled for choice with other fine places: Gordon Ramsay, Hibiscus (formerly of Ludlow), The Ledbury, etc. You'll have your pick of fish courses at any of them. Sadly I've only been to Hibiscus and that was many years ago... It apparently gets better and better.
