I did suggest removing the bay window and just putting a flat front on (to give me a bit more room) but that did not go down well
Not much chance of persuading them to remove the bay, put in doors, and turning the front room into a workshop then?
Nope, she's being very stubborn. We have a dining room at the back of the house with french windows out on the patio. She won't even entertain the possibility of me sticking a bike in there. No sense of compromise.
