it is highly biased reporting and, like all the best propaganda and conspiracy theories, takes some truths, a lot of unsupported assertations, and some outright untruths, all dressed up and delivered in a professional and authorative way to people (us) who do not have the necessary knowledge, access to the original documents, reliable translations, etc. to comprehend what is true and what is false.
