We have a pull out garage and the biggest problem is not the product but getting hold of him so I am not surprised that you are having trouble getting hold of him. He has a workshop in Plymouth and the only thing I would say is keep trying him on the landline. I have his mobile but he never answers that so don't think it would be any good to you. He made ours a bit wider at the end of last year as we changed from a 4/4 to a Plus 2 as he built ours a different size to fit on the drive.
