I have to admit I have no idea who you are talking about.... BUT from the comments the person sounds bat**it bonkers. HOWEVER, it seems that every country has got at least one of those types. We, here in the good 'ol USA have decided that our crazy person should not only be President but also so well versed he can offer medical advise.
That said....I have on good authority (internet) that drinking beer daily will provide a protective sheen around you and NO bugs can penetrate. I'm choosing to follow that course of action.
