Hi.
I'm new to the S1 but am aware that they had "overheating issues". Mine has quad rear exit exhausts and engine remap by Richard Thorne. Seems to run fine and water temp gauge is normal.
The front wings get really hot presumably as the exhausts start there, is this a problem? Could I add extra heat shielding?
I think I've had the air conditioning working today but it seems to be drowned out by the huge amount of hot air coming through the vents.
The engine management light seems to be permanently on. Is this as a result of a remap, modified exhaust, or exhaust sensors or something else?
Any thoughts let me know.
