A good set of instructions bcoupe. I would say that changing the bevel box gear oil every 500-1000 miles is a bit excessive but that's your choice, I change it at 3000 miles along with the engine oil and filter. The bevel box oil level shouldn't alter if you have no leaks, it will not consume oil. BB oil leaks are usually from the input shaft seal, that can be replaced quite easily with a better quality Viton type seal.
