Yes. The car had about 8500 miles on it when I bought it, and I'm not sure when it was fitted, so it has less than 8500 miles for sure. Keep in mind the steel sprocket is intended for use with the black center hub. With the silver hub I believe it would be too far inward (towards the tire).
I changed to the Supermax one to reduce weight and to see if it made any difference to the annoying sound coming from the rear. It didn't as the sound is apparently coming from the bevel box only.
