While changing engine oil for the first time, I managed to break a wire connector adjacent to the oil filter. The filter was too tight and when I applied too much force with the filter wrench, I think I somehow broke this piece off. 3 Wheeler is still running fine and no check engine light or anything like that.
Questions:
1. Any ideas on what the purpose of this wire/connector is?
2. How/where might I find a replacement part?




While I was at it, I also installed the Engine Oil Drain from morgancustom.net for future ease of oil drainage.
