Tried a couple of new wheel bosses with my horn push today at Berrybrook - they were even looser than mine. The push assembly just fell straight out when the boss was inverted: there was no resistance whatsoever! We fixed it up with insulation tape for now, as suggested (thanks!). Berrybrook are ordering a new billet horn push: we'll see if that's machined to a tighter tolerance or not.
As a matter of interest: also emailed Moto-Lita, who deny that they've ever even heard of this problem. Mmmm!
