I got one of them a fortnight ago. An empty envelope (should have contained two sets of Razor Blades) which turned up 2wks after being posted 1st Class. It had a return address on the back so one would have thought they'd have returned the empty envelope back to the sender.

I'll be honest, I just claimed non receipt and they sent me replacements. I couldn't be bothered with all the faff of having to claim compensation through Royal Mail.
