I rather think it is very much about economies of scale, ie streamlining production, bulk purchasing, minimising waste and inventory levels.
Very much so: big volume - low price!
According to a Morgan dealer the distressed leather is not that good in damp conditions and therefor not recommended for the M3W. Rumour or fact?
