If you are greasing the pins on a regular basis then the type of grease used does not make a huge difference. The real success is how you grease and fill the reservoir dependent on the type of Kingpins fitted. Applying grease till appears between the springs does not mean the reservoir is full and therefore not fully greasing the system. On my 94 +8 and 64 4/4 lifting the brass plate on top of the reservoir and applying grease till it appears from under the plate ensures the reservoir is full and grease gets to all the parts (over 50,000 miles on original kingpins and I drive on rough dirt roads).
