About a half year later...
My first problem was to find matching pieces of alloy. Found BIG pieces on monday and start to work with it.
All sizes cut by hand. Cooled by a beer.
Today I finished ready for a test fitting. GREAT! Now I look for matching metric screws and polish the material and final fittment.
