Before this turns into the wrong direction...
The court argued against the driver from a behavioral law perspective.
Public opinion goes the other way round and questions touch controls for basic driving features.
One thing seems a bit dangerous to me.
Relying on the auto pilot is a suggestions you must not follow as the auto pilot is a level 2 system.
This means that the driver is responsible for everything the car does and the driver has to ready to step in in a spit second.
So you must not read the paper or do similar stupid things.
The auto pilot may do good in most situations. It definitely just hands over like the hot potato thrown to the driver when it reaches it´s limits or
switches to technical problem mode.+
So please do not get distracted going on auto pilot!
